Packs are valid for 90 days from purchase, and can only be spent while your paid plan is active. If your subscription lapses, unspent pack credits are frozen until you resubscribe — they are not consumed and not refunded.

Pricing questions
How does the free plan work?
For the first 6 days after you sign up, you get 50 credits per day, plus 1 GB of storage. Credits reset daily and do not roll over. The free plan does not include signal monitors — it is meant for trying the core workflow first.
What is a credit?
A credit is the unit Klinko spends when it does work for you — reading public signals, ranking segments, and producing a market read. Paid plans give you a monthly credit balance plus a daily bonus that resets each day.
What is the difference between the $29 and $99 plans?
The capabilities are identical. Only the volume differs. The $29 plan gives 3,000 credits per month, 50 bonus credits per day, 20 GB of storage, and 2 signal monitors. The $99 plan gives 15,000 credits per month, 100 bonus credits per day, 50 GB of storage, and 5 signal monitors.
What is a signal monitor?
A signal monitor keeps watching one audience segment after you choose it. Klinko keeps reading the public signals behind that segment and tells you when they move, instead of giving you only a one-time answer.
Do daily bonus credits accumulate?
No. Daily bonus credits reset every day and do not roll over. Your monthly credits renew with your billing cycle.
How do credit packs work?
A credit pack is a one-off top-up for when you run out mid-month: 2,000 credits for $19, 6,000 for $49, or 15,000 for $89. Each pack is valid for 90 days from purchase and can only be spent while your paid plan is active. Packs do not replace a subscription — they sit on top of one.
What happens to pack credits if my subscription lapses?
They are frozen, not lost. Unspent pack credits stay in your account and become usable again as soon as you resubscribe — as long as you are still inside the pack's 90-day window. They are not refunded.
Do you have a team plan right now?
No. There is no collaboration or team workspace plan yet. The plans differ in monthly credits, daily bonus credits, storage, and signal monitors.
